Walk Peru

Creating a connection between the school community and the school, students at Peru High School have started the Walk Peru Project. Community members and local businesses sponsor signs to be located around the community to promote exploring the town on foot. 

GaGa Ball Pit

Peru CSD's Residential Structures class fabricated a Gaga ball pit for the elementary school. This piece of playground equipment served as a fantastic outreach to the younger population while providing a real world building experience!

F1 racing in schools

Local businesses around the Peru, NY community sponsored the materials for Peru CSD's Applied STEM class to design and fabricate F1 rc race cars. Students learned about car mechanics, material processing, and engineering design along the way while supporting local business!

Community Picnic Tables

Peru CSD's Residential Structures class creates 2 picnic tables annually to donate to areas around the community. The students have the most fun on delivery day
